If you are a prospective family looking for a school for your child, our Admissions Office is open and members of our Admissions Team covering our Junior School are available to talk to you, explain our entrance procedures and to chat through how St Charles College might suit you as a family.

It has three (3) years cycle for completion of its curriculum.

To be admitted into St. Charles College, Ekuma-Abavo Junior section, the prospective students must have completed the  Basic six (6) level of education and with a proof of the Cognitive Placement Examination Certificate issued by the state Ministry of Education. This is peculiar to Junior Secondary 1.

For Junior Secondary 2, in addition to the Cognitive Placement  Examination Certificate, the prospective student is to provide the third term promotional result/ report and transcript provided by the leaving school.

Note. That admission is open for Junior Secondary 1 and 2 first term and second term only.
